Great location near Montejo Avenue and hospital services. The entrance with trees adds a nice touch. The front desk staff were very helpful.
Noisy room with a constant machine starting every 15 minutes. The bottom sheets are too small and don't fit the mattresses, making it uncomfortable to move while sleeping.

I recently stayed at Hotel Holly for a leisure trip and had a wonderful experience. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel's location is fantastic, just two blocks away from Montejo Ave and hospital services. I loved the beautiful entrance with its lush trees. The hotel has two buildings, one with classic decor and the other more modernist, adding a unique touch. The pool was a great spot to cool off on hot days. the rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service and attitude of the front desk concierge, Manuel. He truly embodies good service and made my stay memorable.
I do recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a conveniently located hotel in Merida. The front desk staff were very helpful and made sure all my needs were taken care of. One thing that stood out to me was the beautiful entrance with trees, adding a nice touch of nature to the hotel.
Although the shower curtain could be improved to prevent water from getting outside, it was a minor inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, nice, helpful, and professional. They assisted me in renting my first car—very friendly, affordable, and couldn’t have been easier. The pool is a welcome place to relax when the day gets too hot.
The wifi signal in the older building was very weak and the water pressure in the bathroom was low. The lack of privacy due to the glass window facing a busy corridor was a bit uncomfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, with a main boulevard and restaurants close by for dinner. Its vegetation-filled presentation is also a plus. The staff is welcoming and friendly.
The rooms lack maintenance and are moldy, with dingy towels and crappy sheets and pillows. The bathrooms have bad smells, and the coffee makers have thick layers of mold.

The hotel location was perfect, close to all the main attractions and we could easily move around. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the free parking was a lifesaver. the pool area was nice and relaxing.
Our room was not well maintained. The air conditioner was very noisy, the bed was uncomfortable and the hot water was not working.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, and the location was perfect – very close to the main street and restaurants for dinner. The room was very clean, and the facilities were great. The breakfast provided was a highlight, and I appreciated that there was parking available. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to a clinic.
Can’t fault anything about it.

The location was perfect, as we were able to walk to all the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always willing to help us with our needs. We enjoyed the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Another great aspect was the breakfast, which had a great variety of dishes to choose from.
The AC in our room was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. we would have appreciated having a safe in our room to store our valuables.

The budget hotel was conveniently located near a Walmart and Paseo de Montejo. The room had a fridge which was really useful. The pool was a decent size with comfortable lounge chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the price was very affordable, making it a great option for those on a budget.
The pillows in the room were flat and not very comfortable, although the bed itself was fine. There was a strong chemical smell in the bathroom, possibly from the cleaning products used.

This place is located right in the heart of the city, making it easy to find a taxi or walk to nearby restaurants for dinner. It's also just a short distance from the main boulevard, offering easy access to all the attractions in the area. The staff here are very friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were taken care of during our stay. The room amenities are top-notch, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV for our comfort and entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool is a great place to relax and soak up the sun, and the sun terrace and garden area provide a peaceful atmosphere to unwind.
